Delivery Times & Costs
Subject to payment and stock availability, orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. If any items are out of stock you will be advised promptly.
See below for estimations of the delivery costs and times:
UK Standard*: £4.95 or free on all orders over £100 | 2 to 5 working days
UK Express*: £10 | 1 to 2 working days, depending on time/day order placed
EU – 1 to 5 items: £10 | 7 – 20 working days
EU – 6 + items: £15 | 7 – 20 working days
Rest of World – 1 to 5 items: £20 | 7 – 20 working days
Rest of World – 6 + items: £25 | 7 – 20 working days
Belle Enfant uses Royal Mail or courier services depending on the region and shipping option selected. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is required. If you are not present when the delivery is attempted, you will be left a card informing you what to do next. Please note orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
Belle Enfant will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable and the estimates relate to normal trading periods. Belle Enfant shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the estimated timescales.
*Delivery times to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles are dependant on the size and weight of the order.

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any import duty that may be payable on the goods when they reach their destination. Belle Enfant has no control over such charges and cannot predict them. If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your order refund and your credit/debit card will be charged accordingly.
Cancelling an Order
Belle Enfant endeavours to provide the best customer service it can. Should a problem arise, every effort will be made to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to cancel your order please contact us. Unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if the order has already been picked up by the delivery service. In this case Belle Enfant will not be liable for the postage. You are advised to check the process of the order before you request cancellation. Under the distance selling regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day you receive your order) to cancel your purchase. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Belle Enfant.
Belle Enfant understands that you might not be entirely satisfied with your purchase or may simply wish to return it, for a refund or to exchange an item for a different size or colour. You can return all items purchased from belleenfant-boutique.com up to 14 days after the delivery date*.
To return an item please follow the steps outlined below:
- Please email [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). In the case of sale items the RAN must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. This process enhances a prompt credit, exchange or refund upon receipt of the goods.
- Once the RAN has been issued to you please return the item to Belle Enfant, 8 High Street, Cheltenham, United Kingdom. The returned item must be received within 7 days of the RAN being issued and the RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the package returned to Belle Enfant.
Belle Enfant strongly recommends you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery, and waterproof packaging. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Belle Enfant.
The returned item must be in its original condition including tags and packaging. Once Belle Enfant has received and inspected the item, you will be refunded the money you paid Belle Enfant for that product. The postage charge is non-refundable.
*Sale items can be returned for an exchange and/or a credit note. Note that in cases where sale items are exchanged for items of a lower value than the original items purchased, the difference in value will be refunded as a credit note. Sale items must be returned within 7 days following the same procedure for non-sale items as set out above.
You can exchange an item purchased from belleenfant-boutique.com up to 14 days after the delivery date. In order to exchange an item please follow the returns procedure and specify what item you would like in exchange for the returned item.
In circumstances where the item you wish to receive in exchange is of a lower value than the returned item, you will receive a refund for the price difference. In circumstances where the item you wish to receive in exchange is of a higher value than the returned item you will be charged the difference.
